Last Update il y a 2 mois
1. Centralized Trash Disposal
- A single large trash container will be placed at the event site entrance for all waste disposal.
- Participants will be informed of the container’s location and are responsible for collecting and removing trash from their camps and shared game spaces regularly.
2. Participant Responsibility
- Each participant is expected to maintain a clean and trash-free environment within their allotted space and the collective game areas.
- No communal trash bags will be provided in camps or the city by the event host or staff. Participants must take personal responsibility for their waste disposal.
3. Enforcement & Compliance
- Referees are encouraged to remind and enforce cleanliness standards throughout the event.
- If repeated interventions are necessary to maintain a clean game space or visible sleeping areas, referees may escalate to disciplinary action.
4. Overflow & Trash Disposal Management
- In the event that the trash container reaches capacity, the operations team will coordinate with the event site host and a waste disposal company to empty the container during the event.
- This policy ensures a clean and enjoyable event experience for all participants while maintaining environmental responsibility.
