Orgaplex Policy

The Orgaplex serves as the staff headquarters and base of operations for the board, operations team, and security staff. This area is strictly out of game (OOG), and gameplay does not take place inside the Orgaplex.

From the hours of 8am to 8pm: The orgaplex is in the Coopers Lake internet cafe next to the camp store. Do not go inside without permission. Knock on the window.

From the hours of 8pm-8am: The orgaplex is located in the large tent near the camp store (look for the sign). If no one is present, call the number listed at the desk / on the door.

All event participants may seek assistance at the Orgaplex for event-related concerns, safety issues, or emergencies. Medical issues can be escalated to the medical team. 

Staff will be present at the Orgaplex or reachable via phone 24/7 from Monday to Sunday to ensure continuous support and event operations.
